All purchases will be processed within 24 hours of order being made or you will be notified by email.
Our standard delivery is Royal Mail’s 24 Hrs Service. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1–3 working days but this is not guaranteed. Should you happen to be out when the Royal Mail call, they will leave a card and you can either contact them to rearrange delivery, or you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office.
Express Deliveries – £7.50 for arrival next working day is available for orders made by 12:00 noon. Please note: with Royal Mail so there is no pick-up on Sundays or Public Holidays. These items will go out the following business day for Next Day Delivery

Returns
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unworn within 100 days.
In the exceptionally rare event that your items arrive to you in less than perfect condition, please return them to us unworn within 14 days.
