"I have bought other items from Christin Ranger, all beautiful, and these earrings, received as a birthday gift, are also lovely. However, when I received them the lapis lazuli stones were not set properly in the silver setting. I contacted the company, explained the problem, and Christin replaced them immediately. Her note with the replacements explained that some stones are quite difficult to place in the settings, but she was happy to replace them. I returned the faulty pair and am now very happy with the pair I have. That's real service Christin! Thank you!"
